For the Wings:
8 whole wings
2 tsp white wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black sand pepper
1/2 tsp garlic, mash
2 tsp paprika
Flour to taste
Olive oil to taste
For the Buffalo Sauce:
2 tbsp melt butter
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp tabasco
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1/2 tsp garlic, ground
2 tsp honey
4 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black sand pepper
Chicken Wings Process
Step 1:
Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add the white wine, salt, black pepper, mashed garlic & paprika to cover the chicken wings perfectly then put it in the refrigerator for seasoning 1 hour
Step 2: Make Buffalo Sauce
Take a small bowl and add Buffalo sauce materials including melt butter, red chili powder, tabasco, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, ground, garlic, ground, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, sugar, black sand pepper.
Mix them perfectly.
Step 3:
Take the seasoned chicken wings out of refrigerator and put some flour on it.
then heat the pad with olive oil by medium flame and fry the chicken wings to brown color.
Step 4:
Put the chicken wings and buffalo sauce into a bowl and stir them until chicken wings covered by the buffalo sauce perfectly.
Step 5:
Set the PENGFA Cook Helper at 147.2°F/64°C & 2 hours.
Step 6:
Put the chicken wings into the zipped bag and put it into the water bath for 2 hours.
After time is up, take the chicken wings out of the bag and place them on a plate.
Lemon juice & yogurt are also recommended for the dipping.
